Στα προσωρινά γραφεία της Ένωσης Κοινοτήτων επαρχίας Κερύνειας στο Αγιο Δομέτιο, πραγματοποιήθηκε με συναισθηματική φόρτιση η εκδήλωση κοπής της βασιλόπιτας της εκτοπισμένη κοινότητα της Μύρτου Κερύνεια.
Η βράβευση των αριστούχων τελειοφότων για τη σχολική χρονιά 2022-2023 αναδείχθηκε ως σημαντικό γεγονός, ενώ η παρουσίαση του βιβλίου “Μύρτου που σε πρωτογνωρισα παιδί” απο το χωριανο μας Γιώργο Κουρουγιαννη και η βράβευση του συγγραφέα και χωριανου μας Ανδρέα Γιώρκη προσέδωσαν λαμπρότητα.
Η μεταθανάτια βράβευση του χωριανού μας Γιώργου Πασιαρδή αναδεικνύει τον σεβασμό προς τη συνεισφορά του για το βιβλίο η “Φτώχεια και ο ερωτας ” .
Θερμές ευχαριστίες διατυπώνονται προς τους επίσημους, τον Μητροπολίτη Κερύνειας κ.κ. Χρυσόστομο, τους βουλευτές Κερύνειας κα. Ρίτα Σούπερμαν και κ. Μαριο Μαυρίδη, καθώς και προς τον πρόεδρο της Ένωσης Κοινοτήτων επαρχίας Κερύνειας κ. Δήμο Γιάγκου. Επίσης, εκφράζονται θερμές ευχαριστίες προς τον Σύνδεσμο Πολεμιστών του 281 Τ.Π. Μύρτου και όλους τους χωριανούς που τίμησαν την εκδήλωση με την παρουσία τους.
